The DermaTemp™ is a high precision hand-held thermographic scanner designed to detect the subtle skin temperature variations caused by underlying perfusion variations.
The DermaTemp™ will provide an instant temperature measurement, on any skin surface regardless of type or colour. The measurement can be taken with or without the need for tissue contact. When used in diabetic foot screening the DermaTemp™ will immediately determine the thermal geography of the area of concern and locate any hot spots, making it an ideal tool for assessing the changes associated with diabetic neuropathy.
